Here is a 'Linear Algebra for Neuroscientists' textbook I developed and taught with for 3 years at the Gatsby Bridging Programme with Pierre Glaser and Dimitri Meunier. We taught it over 10 full days. It's an intense and quite proof-based course that covers more linear algebra than I knew when I started my PhD, but if you get through it, I think you'll learn a lot. If you actually use it let me know (there are also likely many errors)!
